Food guide for all children of all ages

The newspaper has posted the rationing food guidelines we need to ATTEMPT to follow. I don't know if the quantities are minimums or maximums. I'm just gonna state my age group.
Per day
Milk 1 pint
Potatoes 5-8 heaped tablespoons
National bread 7-14 slices
Salad or raw vegetables 2-3 oz.
Green vegetables 2-3 heaped tablespoons
Root vegetables 2-3 heaped tablespoons
Margarine or butter full ration
Per week
Egg (if available) 1 per week
Cheese 3 oz or full ration
Meat 1lb raw WT. (Fresh or salted)
Bacon 4 oz.
